Follow the Guidelines
The World Health Organization (WHO) provides advice to individuals:
- to adhere to specific daily restrictions (a maximal of two units for women and three units for males)
- be sure not to consume not more than 4 units of alcohol at any time.
- It would help to give yourself at least one day without alcohol weekly.
Don’t drink more – drink better.
