Here are a few of the most innovative innovations in technology.

The Most Delicious Gin Cocktails to make at home

Better Days

“In the days before Covid-19, we could go to the bar we loved and sip drinks and a vision of the future. There is a point when we require a drink to remind us that it is summer and a season of fun, and it could contain something botanical, such as Roku Japanese gin. When you first sip it, a refreshing summer cocktail brings you back to happy times and provides the drive to keep going. Recollect the good times, and get through the bad as you look ahead to brighter days.”

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Roku Gin
  • 1.25 oz. fresh watermelon puree
  • 4 mint leaves, muddled
  • 0.50 oz. LiDestri Pink Limoncello
  • 0.25 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Method Mix ingredients in a shaker. Shake, then double strain into the glass in a rocks glass using fresh ice. Serve with two mint sprigs and slices of watermelon.

MUSKMELON TANQUERAY, TONIC & MUSKMEL

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten

0.5 oz. lemon juice

0.5 oz. honey or honeydew*

2 oz. tonic water

Honey Blend 2 to 3 segments of honeydew in a blender for the optional Honeydew. Then strain the mixture to keep the juice. Mix equal amounts of light honey, and stir until the honey is dissolved.

NEGRONI BIANCO

“Probably my most-loved cocktail (when properly prepared). I’d say it’s the ideal cocktail when you’re thinking of having one drink or more. The Negroni Bianco is the perfect cocktail to enjoy for lunch, brunch, dinner, an evening drink, or even an early morning shower. Few things in the world made with three equal parts look as stunning as the Negroni. Negroni Bianco crafted with Luxardo Bitter Bianco is no exception. A hint of bitter orange mingled with the appealing bouquet of Italian herbs. It topped off with a hint of wormwood creates something unique and something to be enjoyed all year long.” -says Chris Norton, bartender at Sweet Liberty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Luxardo London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1 oz. dry vermouth

Method Mix on top of ice in an ice-filled glass. Stir. Serve with a Lemon twist and Luxardo Maraschino cherries.

What’s going on with Doc?

“Creating innovative cocktails is my passion as I keep in mind what the customer desires today. Most people want to eat healthily and drink healthier, so we integrate freshly-pressed drinks into the cocktail menu. These juices can be purchased at your local juice shop–and when paired with a touch of your imagination, they will make for an amazing cocktail. Gin is my absolute favorite spirit, and Junipero Gin blends the aromatics and botanicals to the perfect level.” Simon Aguirre Bernal Director of bar programs, Nuno’s Bistro & Bar (Upland, California)

CITADELLE GIN & LEMONADE

“First and foremost, it’s a short cocktail you can make at home with ingredients found in the grocery store. It doesn’t require a shaker, and you need an empty glass with ice. This is everything we require today, with the current heatwaves and lockdowns across the globe. It’s fresh and complex, with a hint of honey. I recommend the wildflower honey (if you can) for this particular one. It complements the botanicals in Citadelle Gin perfectly. It makes me think of the time I was staying in the Chateau de Bonbonnet in Paris, where they make the Gin. It was hot also when we were enjoying Tom Collins (similar drink but using sugar instead of honey).” –”

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Citadelle Gin
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. honey
  • 4 oz. sparkling water

THE AUSTEN
