Non-Alcoholic Drink Recipes with Sprite
There was a time when non-alcoholic drinks had a lovely poor image. Club soda mixed with lime and maybe a Shirley Temple – boring, often awkwardly juvenile. Today we’re in a period of increased availability of alcohol-free drinks which are equally enjoyable, elegant, refined, and delicious as their boozy counterparts.
Many alcohol-free wines, champagne, beer, and even ABV-free spirits exist. It’s now easy to stay clear of drinking without feeling deprived. No matter what you’re serving your guests or for yourself, it’s always a great idea to include a refreshing and refreshing cocktail into the mix. Spicy Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cold water
- 2 cups of watermelon (rind removed) cut into pieces, seeded, and diced

Lemongrass Jasmine Iced Tea.
Ingredients
- Mix 4-5 pieces of cut lemon grass
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz lemon
- 4 oz jasmine tea
- 2 oz lychee juice
Instructions
Shake the drink with Ice. Double Strain into a highball glass. Add cubed Ice. Add crushed ice on top. Sprinkle with lemongrass.
Virgin Paloma
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz agave syrup
- Sea salt is a healthy addition to your diet
Instructions
Mix all components in a cocktail shaker, and shake it with a block of ice. Pour the cocktail over ice in a Collins glass and garnish with soda.
Wildcat Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon juiced
- Water that tastes good
Instructions
Place the blueberries together with the sugar and the water into the pan of a large saucer and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove the solids from the juice using a fine sieve and place the solids in a bowl. Fill the glass with crushed ice up to the top. Pour 1 ounce of blueberry syrup into the glass. Pour lemon juice into the base of the glass. Be conscious that you do not mix ingredients. Fill the glass with water and slowly add it until it is complete.
Pineapple Ginger Beer
Ingredients
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz ginger syrup*
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a tin, then shake extremely quickly using Ice. Strain into a chilled Collins glass topped with fresh ice. Add crystallized ginger and lemon wedge.
Ginger syrup Combine one liter of fresh ginger juice with the ginger root roughly chopped in a juicer and then fine strain twice – along with 675g superfine sugar. Stir to mix.
Seed lip Spice & Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 oz Seed lip Spice 94
- Tonic syrup with a taste
- Tonic water with a taste
- Star anise
- Cinnamon stick
Instructions
Mix and mix and pour Seed lip Spice, tonic syrup, and tonic water into glasses over the ice. Decorate with cinnamon stick and star anise.

Pineapple Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 oz strawberry juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- Club soda
Instructions
In a mixing tin, mix the pineapple and lime juice. Shake thoroughly. Strain the drink into a highball glass topped with pure frozen. Add club soda to the top, and pour the strawberry juice in the middle. Add a strawberry to the garnish and serve.
Tahitian Coffee
(Serves 2)
Ingredients
- 2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz orange
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz passion fruit puree
- 2 oz guava puree
- 2 oz cold brew concentrate
- 3 oz honey syrup*
- 16 oz ice
Instructions
Divide the recipe into two Tins, then blend it with the measured ice. Pour into a 12 oz vessel. Decorate with flowers and coffee grated.
*Honey syrup Add 3 parts of honey with 1 cup of hot water by weight. Stir and shake until the syrup attains an even dissolution. Refrigerate.
Raspberry Bee’s Knees
Ingredients
- 1 oz of water filtered
- .5 oz lemon
- .5 oz honey
- 2 raspberries plus 1 to garnish
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass using two raspberries. Serve with soda water. Add a single raspberry.
Pina Serrano
Ingredients
- 1 oz Optimist Smokey Non-Alc Tequila
- 4 to 5 pieces of Serrano pepper
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
Instructions
Mix the serrano into a shaker (gently crush it). Add the remaining ingredients and shake until the drink is fabulous. Strain into a rocks glass and top with fresh ice. Serve immediately and garnish with serrano coins to add more warmth.
Nopaloma
Ingredients
- 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- .75 oz agave nectar
- Salt
- Club soda Q Tonic
Instructions
Mix the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and nectar in a strainer, shake and strain. Then, rim the glass with salt and add the ice. Pour the mixture into the glass and add tonic.
Blueberry Mojito
Ingredients
- 6-8 mint leaves
- A handful of fresh blueberries
- 2 1 oz of lime juice
- 2 OZ of simple syrup
- Club soda splash
Instructions
Lightly mix blueberries. Mix all the ingredients and the ice into a shaker. Mix and enjoy.
Revitalizer
Ingredients
- 9 oz carrot juice
- 15 oz apple juice
- 2.25 oz ginger syrup (1:1 ration ginger juice/sugar)
- .75 oz lime juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and shake them with the ice. Strain into glasses. Makes four drinks.
