Kungaloosh (Adventurers Club)
- 1 1/4 ounce vodka
- 1 1/4 ounces Malibu Rum
- 3/4 ounce Midori (melon liqueur)
- 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice
- 1 splash of cranberry juice
Mix thoroughly.
New Kungaloosh Recipe — since 2000 or so
One cup daily’s Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
1 cup juice of an orange
1 cup of Captain Morgan’s spiced Rum
1/4 cup brandy made from blackberries
Blend it with enough ice to create the consistency of slush.
Konk Cooler (Castaway Cay)
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Light Rum (Suggestion for a possible choice: Malibu or even Parrot Bay)
- 3 oz. Dark Rum (Suggestion – Cruzan Black Strap)
- 4 oz. Orange Juice
- 8 oz. Coconut Cream Coconut (Suggestion for Coco Casa). Coco Casa)
- 6 oz. Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate (Suggestion – Welches)
- 3 oz. Ice
The method of preparation
Mix in blender until slushy.
Blue “Glow-tini”
Ingredients
- 1 Ounce Skyy Citrus Vodka
- 0.5 milliliters Bols Blue Curacao
- 0.5 milliounce Bols Peach Schnapps
- 1 ounce Sweet and Sour
- 0.5 one ounce of Pineapple Juice
- 1 of each Blue Glow Cube (optional)
The method of preparation
Make a martini shaker by adding an ice cube shake, and strain before pouring it into glass using sugared edges. Add cube.
Golden Gate Cocktail (California Grill)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 1 ounces Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
- 3/4 ounce Amaretto Disaronno
- 1/2 ounce of cranberry juice
- Orange slices, garnish
The Method for Preparation
Shake the ingredients and strain them into an ice-filled martini glass. Pour the orange slice into the cocktail.
Blood Orange Margarita (La Cava del Tequila, Mexico)
Ingredients:
- 1/8 Cup Triple Sec Arrow
- 3/4 Cup Puree Blood Orange
- 1/8 Cup Tequila El Mayor Blanco
- 1/2 Fresh lime
- 3/8 Cup Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 small bottle of salt from the Hibiscus
The Method for Preparation
Mix your Blood Orange puree, Triple Sec Arrow, Tequila Blanco, Silver Hibiscus Syrup, and lime. Add ice, shake or mix thoroughly. Sprinkle a tiny amount of the salt hibiscus on an individual plate. Moisten the outer edge of your serving glasses. Then, dip the rim into the salt, allowing it to be lightly coated.

Snow Leopard Salvation (Nomad Lounge)
Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz pear liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 Oz ginger beer
- lime wheel to garnish, mint sprigs for garnish
Technique of preparation
Place mint leaves with vodka, pear liqueur, and lime juice fresh in the shaker of a cocktail. Add some ice. Shake and then add ginger beer.
Pomegranate Cosmopolitan (Tutto Italia, Italy)
Ingredients:
- 1 part Pama liqueur
- 1. Part Citron Vodka
- 2 parts of cranberry juice
- squeeze lime
Technique of preparation
Shake vigorously with the ice and then serve in an ice-filled martini glass.
Passion Fruit Mojito ( The Wave)
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz X-Fusion(r) Liquor
- 1/2 oz Bacardi(r) Light Rum
- Four pumps of Monin(r) Mojito Mint Syrup
- 2 limes squeezed
- The mint sprig
The Method for Preparation
Mix your ingredients inside a mixing glass and pour over the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a collins glass. Then top with soda water. Sprinkle with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
Captain’s Mai Tai (Territory Lounge)
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- 3/4 ounce Amaretto
- 4 ounces of Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounce Lime Juice
- 1/4 1 ounce Grenadine
- 1/4 ounce of Myers’s Rum Float
The Method for Preparing
1. Mix all the ingredients, excluding Myers’s Rum, into an ice-filled mixing glass.
2. Shake.
3. Pour into Hurricane glass. Add a splash with Myers’ Rum.
4. Serve the dish with Pineapple wedges and enjoy.
Torontopolitan (Le Cellier, Canada)
- .5 Ounce Chambord
- 1.5-ounce Iceberg Vodka
- .5 1 ounce Cranberry juice
- .5 1 ounce of orange juice
Technique of preparation
Mix all the ingredients. Serve with cherries.
